Do you accept insurance?

We currently are in network with Aetna, BCBS, CareFirst, and United Healthcare. For all other insurance plans, upon request and with a referral from your physician with a diagnosis, I will provide you with a coded superbill that you can submit to your insurance carrier. In the event that a claim is denied due to lack of coverage or we are out of network with your insurance initial visit (60 minutes) are $150 each and each follow-up visit (30 minutes) are $95.

What form of payment do you accept?

  • Private Pay - payments via Stripe using credit card or debit card.

  • Health Savings Accounts and Flexible Spending Account cards

What is your cancellation policy?

Your session will start at your scheduled time. Should you need to cancel, please contact me at least 24 hours prior to your appointment to avoid any no show charges.

How does working with you work?

Begin by contacting me for a free discovery call to determine if I am the right fit for you. We can then schedule a 60 minute initial nutrition assessment where we go over your medical history, nutrition history, concerns, and set goals for subsequent visits. Follow-up visits are 30 minutes. This is about your life-changing journey and I am here to guide and support you all the way.

How often do we meet?

This is highly variable dependent on your need for support and reason for referral. Some clients may need to be seen weekly or biweekly; some may be seen on a monthly basis. This is your journey to a lifestyle change or disease management and I am happy to support you where you feel it is needed.
